When a team's manager is inactive, he is rightfully eliminated and a new manager takes over. Why does the team completely change all its players instead of keeping the old ones? I don't think this is right, those who have already played against this team (unmanaged) have had an undoubted advantage while those who have yet to meet it will find themselves facing a new team that is stronger and more trained. It should be like in the real world.

I don't think team changes players, they remained the same, only when they are old they became young again under unmanaged clubs. If club lost manager especially inactive managers those club also lost all the efforts that manager has made, eg bought players, sell players, made money, ticket income etc so that new manager can come and start a fresh, you can't reap where you have not sow 😁 so this strategy is good to give meaning to this game. There are some policy which governed real football club so it can't be enforced on this. This is KOB online soccer manager games 🥂💶

All managers will start with a new team, it makes things fair, and if new manager wants to take over an unmanaged team, it would be more fair if the team was auctioned with an initial price according to the team's current net worth.
