No manager teams too strong

These teams are too strong, how can team that don't train be as strong as strong an even stronger than teams that do

Those teams are too be minimally competitive against a new team. And are the same for all the teams on the league.

You need to improve your team.

Third season we got a bot team promoted to A.1 Portugal.

You have to apply counter tactics according they have set, due they don't change their tactics in the whole season. Maybe you can have more wins doing this.

- Training to increase stats.
- Change tactics and formations to counter the opponent and optimize each player's condition.

This need to be looked at, my team continue to lose condition as the season progress but unmanaged team players never goes below 98%.

Lost and draw to team I beat in the first round even though my team have trained since then

Once again unmanaged teams too strong  

instead of buying shares you have to buy players of a certain level.

what does that have to do with the imbalance in condition being lost ?

They don't training. They rotate players every game.
So they always have good conditions.

I do the same, I training and change players constantly, have the best conditions to play. I also do not invest much.
I am leading the league without managers.

Just to be aware that players with condition 80%, play approx on 80% of avg, means player avg 50 with 80% condition plays same as avg 40 with 100% condition. Increase your player base and rotate them. Invest to some new players as they are much better than original players, faster training due to age

Control by AI. Thats why team without real manager can win so many match without training compare with team have manager must training everyday.

hey Gregonr, it is fairly easy to beat bots.

Make sure you check what tactic they are using and play accordingly to counter them, this is the most important, you have to adapt your team and select players for every match, this is not a set and forget game.
They use player roles randomly, so if you got yours right, that's another way to be more effective on set pieces and captain bonus.
Bots rotate their players without caring about average quality, they just make sure the players have the max possible condition.

I have done all of that, the only thing left for me to do is play player out position to save condition drops. Which it seem I will have to do to keep up on that front.

increase your training centre and buy and some 2 ster coaches or better

My first team i got was 46.2 aq meanwhile some managers got 51+. I fought against 49-50 aq bots and still was competitive.
