Sadly, i have to admit that game dont encourage managers to go for best players, to train them for their maximum potential, all due of wages. The way wages are calculated right now is wrong, side skills dont bring avq, which dont increase wage but at same time, side skills matter a lot in games. My concern is, wages should be skill based, every skill should weight different, i dont mind, but AVQ shouldnt be the main factor. Right now, at every week, some managers quit, when they do, players have to be sold for 10% of the cost to get them, which is bad for game... In my opinion the main issue of game right now is the lack of balancing, admin dont do changes to encourage players base to get the best players, when someone quits, there doesnt appear to come another player which wanna try to replace it and get in the fight for carrot, this, will most likely, kill even those managers which actually love the game and invest a lot cause, when those who loved the game build their desired team, there was a competition, there were funds, so, even if they couldnt profit , their team was at least sustenable, but now, they have to downgrade the cost of runing the team and this means, they have to sell players for a lose or deposit to keep pay their wages. I ll give a fair example in Romanian league: It appears to be RALF the one which kinda love the most the game in this league, he went all in, have build a strong team, but, others have stopped playing, sold out which means, the funds in league 1 will get lower and lower while his club expenses go up, at some point, when game become too costly, some persons like RALF might stop too, or even if not, once curent players die, he along with a few others might find the only few managers left... Also, the players wages weight different, defenders have got too big wages, way too big compared with any other player, if we look at top players they all are defenders since their avq comes big fast from just 2 skills, there are defenders with way less skill points than middfielders/strikers and at x3 or higher wages. If some balances into wages dont happens as soon as possible, i m afraid game will start again from 0 as it was in day 1 but with less will to go end game... As a conclusion, there could be done 2 things about wages, either make them be based on skill points, then, who train side skills will pay wages too or thing which will raise reward fund or, reduce the impact into wages of defenders, they got too high... Or if u dont wanna work into players wages and sistem of their calculation, their wage should be EURO based not local currency as it is now, what i mean, player x having y avq must have a wage of 1 Euro, we pay that 1 EURO in local currency, now, we have player x with y avq having a general wage of local currency, but, local currency weight different, ENGLAND vs Romanian for example , have a cost of 20% of what romanian teams have to pay for same avq team. This could be a fast solution and making it a fair sistem for the general player base. Hope some positives changes will happen, Adrian edited on (1 times)
