Players wages increase by a big percentage
What is the reason for that?

Player quality & age (the more you train, the more wage)

coach quality

stadium facility

yes 15%more for me

its adaptation for the game fund

Im generally missing a documentation what the wage is dependend on?

eg. he - he is my own player and increased a Lot - would be curious to know how it works ....43% exp is not really that much

I promoted a lot - and trained them equally good and work with them - but he needs tripple the wage from other self "build" players.

@Onat42 he is way stronger than your other players. Salaries mainly depend on players' quality, but age also has a little influence

they are all 4* ....

@Onat42 it's mostly about player quality and age. For example 70 aq striker at 20 will receive less than same quality striker at age 25/28. Again 72 aq to 75 aq bl*dy vampires. Sometimes I wonder if 2 quality difference corresponded to the salary defference. One 80 aq player wages is more than my entire weekly wages🫢

its more than 75 avg whats killing. Players up to avg 75 are  payable if you are in the good country A league and are place 9 or higher.
