First update for 2025 🎉 i hope to continue this year making KOB a great football game with the most intricate economic system of the genre, yes, there is no football game out there doing this. So, here we go, the changes.
Substitutions got more freedom, slots are no longer reserved for 2 defenders, 2 midfield, 2 attackers and 1 goalkeeper. You can bench whatever players you wish.
Some small tweaks made to tactic and substitution panels. One, you can now remove players from the lineup by selecting their position and removing them from the selection panel.
From now on, players in the bench are shown in the match screen, each team has a drop down button for it, this way you can better analyze possible player lineups.
Improved logic when selecting players for position without any player selected and also on forced substitutions.
Added match statistics to each manager profile page, unfortunately, we are missing season 1 and 2.
Updated the API with more available data.
Wages formula has been updated, pushing forward their exponential rise, you may experience a substantial player wages drop if you have good players.
Global Fund no longer buys gold with surplus currencies (surplus occurs when teams from a country pay more wages than they receive from ticket sales), instead, just before player wages are paid (Monday), the surplus currencies go to each local federation fund.
We had good surplus for the bigger countries in the past couple weeks due to rising wages but since we are now lowering wages, next couple weeks these could be a little shy unfortunately. Nonetheless, this change should help the local prizes in the future.
The league prizes will be changed from next season on. The amount of gold each division gets from the Federation Fund will be proportional to the average wages of that division. So, naturally A1 will get a huge chunk more and so on.
There is now a limit on how much local currency a single club can have, the limit is calculated like so:
3xClubWages, if this value is below 10.000 then the limit is 10.000.
A manager to manage the administrative part of a company accurately needs planning. I am happy with the continuous updates that you Nicmo are doing on KOB but you have to plan them, informing the managers in advance and in detail about what you are working on and the changes you want to make in the future, giving ample time to the managers for the management changes to be made on their company. Here every time a manager complains about something you make changes instantly without explaining the parameters you are changing (salary calculation, federation surplus, maximum local currency limit for companies). This is not good. You have to Plan the changes by informing the managers a long time in advance and explaining in detail the modified parameters. I hope that you can create a very detailed user guide on KoB as soon as possible (This will provide an added value of fair management for new and old managers). Thanks

Why did you implement this? I really do not understand the reasoning.
I guess reason for limit is that exchange market got more active. Also that by selling local currency increase exchange rate gold - local currency, which helps people with high salaries to easier get money for salaries
The update is an insignificant one at the moment, let's see from next season what it means and then we can say that it is a good one... At the moment I have the same costs with the team and the prizes are the same,,, that I can put players with unlimited changes, position is something insignificant for me...
I want to see achievements not words!!! I'm waiting for the next season to see what this update means... until then it's an insignificant update for me ;-(

I don't understand, so if I have more than 10,000 in local currencies I don't receive prizes from wins/draws and home games because I have more than 10,000 local currencies?
KOB is the only best online soccer manager game where you shouldn't waste time with other online games which doesn't pay, I hope we are here to stay God bless you with more wisdom to make KOB the best of the best!!
Ok big boss I got a question for you. I'm starting to see you are doing as all freemiums do. Pay to win. Now I've been playing for a few months as I am a major google reviewer of these game types. And the never last long as you forget you have more free players than paid. Now my team members are aging rapidly, and as I do not intend to pay. What will the state of my team be. They are retiring, so what will you do with a team that doesn't have members, what do I do, continue to lose, as I'm not spending money. So as I have said before to you on other versions. Even market glory wouldn't listen. So I give you this advice, find a way for your free players to be on balance with paid players or make the surveys global as most Americans don't qualify for most surveys. But hey good game tho. Not winning, means no cash, no gold no euros. And as a reviewer,we test the validation of free to play games and test balance against paid players. Here paid players have an unfair balance. Not mad if pay to win. But that needs to be stated, not the idea of it being free to play. My question for you is are you still a free play or did you break and put money in to keep up with paid players. I've looked and all top teams are paid players. My review is this is a pay to win game as most are becoming now. This is money sink game and I will stay free
