Hello, some weeks ago I was lucky and when buying a young player he ended up being a Midfielder of 50AQ. But the next 2 have been awful, a Goalkeeper of 42 AQ and a Defender of 44 (in the market for 0.15€, 15 years from 1 day ago). Right now this are the stats I’m looking for:

GK: At least 45AQ

Defender: At least 49AQ

Midfielder: At least 49AQ

Attacker: At least 50AQ

Is it worth it to keep trying luck buying new youth players? Or should I just find them in the player market even though most of them are way more expensive than 0.50€? What’s the typical AQ I should expect or the usual range you find?

Avg AQ for GK is low like 37-47 while avg AQ for Mid, Def and SC pretty high 47-55, maybe someone can get 57 AQ. If you want to spend money on youth its like a gamble since the position is random. Player market somehow easy to get the AQ you want but the problem is maybe too expensive and old

There are 3 slots for a 1 star academy.
You should do both, buy from the academy and buy from the transfer market,
Buy from the academy to enrich the local federation and add players to the country.

Player quality is the important skills needed. Not just AvQ.

How long does it take for the player to increase his AQ and his potential?
