As tittle say:

 

More you skip training over 30s more likely is to have an early retirement.

 

This rewards squads with depth and has some ecological validity.

 

Those who train consistently have a slightly less chance of retirement.

What about more you skip playing over 30s more likely is to have an early retirement ? Because players who don't play leave the team.
