Post it wherever you like: football forums, social media, group chats. Sign-ups are tracked automatically, and you start earning from each recruit right away.
The 10% commission
Whenever your recruit earns Gold, you get 10%. You don't need to do anything; it just happens.
This applies to Gold earned from:
- League match victory bonuses
- Season-end league prizes
- National Cup winnings
- Continental competition rewards
- Other in-game earnings
The better your recruits do, the more you earn. Someone who grinds their way to the top division and wins trophies generates a lot more Gold than someone sitting in League 4. So it pays to actually help the people you recruit.
The recruiter dashboard
The "My Recruits" page shows you everything about your network:
- How much Gold each recruit has earned you in total
- When they last logged in, what league they're in, and their table position
- Monthly stats on link clicks, sign-ups, and conversion rates
- A welcome message that gets sent to new recruits automatically
- Bulk messaging to contact all your recruits at once
Pay attention to the conversion data. If one forum gets you sign-ups and another doesn't, you know where to spend your time.
The recruit market
You can also sell your recruits.
Through the Recruit Market, you auction off the income rights to any recruit for Platinum. Other managers bid on recruits they think will keep earning. Auctions last 24 hours, with a 3-minute anti-snipe extension.
The buyer permanently takes over the 10% commission. There's a 5% listing fee and a 10% cut on the sale price, both going to the Partners Fund.
An active recruit with a strong team in the top division is worth real Platinum. Some managers collect large networks for steady passive income. Others buy low, wait for a recruit's team to improve, and sell high.
How to recruit well
1. Go where football fans hang out
Football forums, Reddit, Discord servers, Facebook groups, X. Don't just drop your link and leave. Join conversations, mention you play, and let people ask about it. That converts way better than spamming.
2. Set up a good welcome message
New recruits get your welcome message the moment they activate. Say hello, explain a few basics, offer to answer questions. People who feel welcomed stick around longer.
3. Actually help your recruits
A recruit who understands training, transfers, and tactics will climb the leagues and earn more Gold. More Gold for them means more commission for you. Answer their questions when they come up. Think of it like coaching.
4. Check your stats
Your referral page breaks down clicks and sign-ups by source. If a particular forum converts, post there more. If something gets clicks but no sign-ups, try a different angle.
5. Play the long game
One recruit who plays for 10 seasons earns you far more than 20 who quit after a week. Recruit people who actually enjoy management games, and put some effort into keeping them around.
