Using AI to make this change post less boring 😄

Dear Managers,

We’re thrilled to announce the launch of a brand new Player Name Change feature! Now you can take personalization to the next level by renaming your favorite players, making your team even more unique. 🚀

How does it work?

• You can find the Naming Auctions under the the COMMUNITY menu.
• If you win a Naming Auction, you’ll receive a Naming Right, allowing you to change the name of one of your players.
• You can rename a player with a first and last name. Both parts of the name must be in the Latin (Roman) alphabet.
• Names must follow a few guidelines:
  • No numbers, symbols, or non-Roman characters.
  • Both first and last names should be at least 2 characters long.
  • The name must be unique, meaning no two players can share the same name. If your chosen name is already in use, you will need to pick another.
• Auction Extensions: If a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of the auction, the auction will automatically extend by 3 minutes. Keep a sharp eye on those final moments!

Whether you want to honor a legend, add a personal touch, or simply have fun, the Player Name Change feature opens up new possibilities for customizing your squad. 🌟

Good update, but at least make it daily, because we will be too many that will want to get it :))

If it's too frequent also the costs will drop, every 2 days means 15 players per season

1. What about real players complaints or something similar? Hope it wont bring any issues to the game

2. RIP 'real stars' auctions

3. to encourage bidding, maybe such an option would add +1% to the skills?

Auctions, auctions, auctions... It would have been better to have created a document that allowed players to change their names but only to youth players and not create an auction that only grants a name change.

Man if you can bid for Messi..or Lamile Yamal for example...what less that get a boost to 1 or more skills...that could do the auctions go to the moon

The game cannot create or sell real players, this content has to be user generated and it will be the user's responsibility, same as team names, this way we can have whatever names you like and not get into trouble with FIFPRO.

in the future there could be boosted players auctions like Yamine Mamal - changing names avoids problems with FIFPRO. Everyone knows to who relates the name, but still it is not real

I agree with Fenix, how absurd to pay 450 gold just to change the name of a single player.

That's true, it's too much money... But nobody will have Cristiano Ronaldo in his team until 14-20 months has passed xD And a nice one with ~65 AVG Quality :O

it's nothing new, it's not unimportant, it's better to play the lottery or something else... rating -2   :)

You can do whatever you want with your money, so it's not absurd, if you really want something. That's what I did and I will do it again anytime, if needed.

It is handy to remember your players and placements.

I got 2 youthplayers and 1 grown player called farcansanu. Will be so annoying in tacticsetup with 3 players of the same name. :D

@PvPNyko you can sell them to Ralf, he has another 4 players named Fărcașanu. He will enjoy having a full team of them :)))

What is new start privé for rename player

When the auction ends, it starts again from 1 gold, but I have raise it again to 300 gold.

Everyone is free to spend on whatever....

I have a suggestion where the league champion gets a prize, if possible the league's top scorer gets a prize too.

Looks like I'm just gonna have to accept those players with weird names together with their unsuitable squad numbers rather than wasting my precious hard earned money/golds. Duh~

@nicmo can you add 4-2-4 formation please :D

4-2-4 could be a nice addition (maybe more for historical reasons, not so popular anymore), but the 4-3-3 with 3 SC is already a bit extreme.
It would require introducing lateral positions for the strikers as well, and consequent strong changes in the match engine... I would rather avoid that
