Boost training fo low level skills

We have a training system with x0.8 training speed for skills 60-70, x0.6 for skills 70-80, etc.

But for levels 0-60 there is a much longer way for a player with only x1 speed. A proposal - let's make 2 more levels for training:

Skill 0-30 speed x2

Skill 30-45 speed x1.5

A usual situation, manager buys a youth player with some skills at 50-70 and some important skills for his position at levels 10-30. He will never become a good player, maybe if he is a 5-star talent he will become an average player at the age of 23 or so. Other managers already told about this problem here in the next topic on the forum. I hope that proposal above will help to solve this problem.

I dont see where is the problem with the actual sistem.

Dont think this idea is good with 0-30 speed x2

I think the current training speed is fine.  The higher * level a player is they train faster anyways.
