I’d like to suggest a small improvement to the formation experience bonus system. Right now, it increases by 1% for every official league or cup match played during the season, up to a maximum of 5%.

However, I think it would make sense to also include tournament and friendly matches, but with a smaller contribution — for example:

• Official match: +0.5%

• Tournament/Friendly match: +0.25%
  (up to a maximum of 2.5%, for instance)

This way, managers who play preseason tournaments would be rewarded for their activity in the first matches of the season compared to those who don’t, and it would also be more realistic — since in real football, those matches help teams test tactics and improve form.

What do you think? Wouldn’t this make the game a bit more balanced and engaging?

No, hold official match at minimum 1 exp. Its good what it is

on other hand 0.05 exp for friendly or doing a tournament can be fine

@thuru this is not player experience, this is the % bonus you get for using the same formation. I think it is good as it is and it is not necessary to rewards those players who play many tournaments.
