on 24-10-2025 23:40:23 (1 week ago) 35 players are more than enough, but with the generations swap maybe we could implement a temporary locker increase.
E.Q. club having 36 pays 1€ additional wage per week/ month etc per each extra player.
Money could go to federation.
At the moment I am feeling a bit forced to drop some of OGs to make room for youth.
I don't really see a benefit in selling players cheap just to get rid of them.
This needs to be expensive enough to make it feasible just on short term 1-2 seasons. |

on 25-10-2025 08:27:32 (1 week ago) Actually, I dont see really purpose to block higher number of players. If someone want to have 50 players, let him. But, of course with payment. Why not to increase locker to 7-8 stars, each for extra 2-3 players. Also temporary payment as you suggested is fine |

on 25-10-2025 14:24:22 (1 week ago) I see this as a bad thing. First, it blocks the market. Second, only a few clubs will benefit, even if they pay a large sum. And this is bad, because the more players on the roster, the more rotations you can make. It's not fair competition. Ideally, player spots would be limited to 23 registrations per season. That is, everyone could have as many players as they want at their club, but at the start of the season, they must choose 23 to play in official matches. That would increase the level of competitiveness and strategy in the game. What you're proposing does just the opposite, and only benefits you and a few other players. This kind of thinking doesn't improve the game's balance. I see it as more feasible for anyone who wants to be able to found a B club, or reserves, or whatever you want to call it. And obviously, at a very high cost, at least 100 euros, and for that B team to only serve to develop players, not to win prizes.
And aside from the cost of creating the B team, each season a fee of at least 100 gold would have to be paid to compete in private leagues or competitions. These private leagues or competitions should be competitions created by players who have B teams, and there could be some kind of prize. Example: |

@nicmo Maybe I'm wrong. But... you're the creator of the game, right? This game shares elements and principles with two previous games, Anno1777 and Terra200. Maybe I'm wrong again, but perhaps you were involved in the development of one of them, or at least played them. And I say this because there are a lot of identical things, like the Membership Fund, the shares, the recruits, etc., etc. Come on, this isn't an original idea; someone else has used it before. If you knew those games, were involved, etc., you'll already know how they ended... the same way many games end: BANKRUPTCY. There are many ways to increase revenue in a game without destabilizing the balance or succumbing to the whims of a few players. One of those formulas is advertising, getting the game to more players. You can earn €10,000 with 10 "important" players who spend €100 each month. But you can also earn €10,000 with 1,000 players who spend €10 each month. The more players there are, the more competitive it becomes, especially since it's a sports game. Obviously, I don't have your business plan in front of me, and my opinion is gratuitous and subjective. Perhaps your plan is to make as much money as possible in a short period of time, rather than opting for long-term development.
I hope and pray you don't take my comments the wrong way. They're not meant to offend you or anyone else. I just like the game, and that's why I'd like it to last 10, 15, 20 years. |

on 25-10-2025 15:23:45 (1 week ago) @Kasyade, not sure how this change will block market, actually market will be more active as more players can be bought. Also it is quite easy change, not complex as B team competition. Still I like idea of B team competition, will be good to explore it more. Limiting players to 23 is bad idea, just look your team, with 27 players equally playing they are quite fatigued , and now imagine that you play also CL/CC, and some tough top league.

on 25-10-2025 17:00:59 (1 week ago) i think the same like Kasyade, must be a limit , i sold good players to make space for my youth, so i don't see nothing wrong, 35 i think is already enough for a team, more players the transfer market will go low edited on 25-10-2025 17:02:08 (1 times)

@Fletcher90 I don't agree. The very person proposing the idea is based on not selling their most veteran players. In other words, if this measure is implemented, what we'll see are players increasing their roster and not selling. If the roster limit is short, you're forced to sell to sign players. On the other hand, if you can expand that limit, you don't sell, on the one hand, to avoid reinforcing potential rivals, and on the other, because you don't need to. Regarding fatigue, perhaps what we need to look at changing is the issue of tiredness. In real life, 23-player teams play more games than in KOB. Or, the other option is that the game allows you to skip training and rest, just like in real life. Teams that play every three days rarely train; they do recovery sessions. Of course, what's happening is that we want to build a roster with the best 35 players in the game, who train every day, and who play the best every day and in every competition. Let's be realistic, this is unrealistic xD |

@Kasyade, the players can already recover 2% condition instantly by resting during the training sessions. To do that, you just have to set them to rest and start the training |

on 25-10-2025 20:56:21 (1 week ago) @Kasyade, still dont understand what is problem that someone want to keep veteran players ? More players, bigger salary, harder to have positive balance. If someone still think is worth, let him do it. Also with biggest dressing room, players are more in demand. Transfer market improve, only cannot be expected cheap veterans with big AVQ. People should balance by themselves, not by game restrictions.

on 25-10-2025 21:39:51 (1 week ago) It's not a matter of wanting to keep veterans or young players. I think the opposite of you. The game should maintain limitations and rules, just like in real life, otherwise, it would be chaos. What difference does it make, game or real life? If someone doesn't impose restrictions, chaos ensues. A player's price shouldn't be determined by whether they're a veteran or young player; a player's price will always be determined by the market. Supply and demand. Generally, if a "product" is in demand, the price goes up. Conversely, if there's no demand, it goes down because you're trying to sell your product however you can. This isn't always the case, because if there's a lot of money, i.e., inflation, prices go up because more people have money and can buy. This is basic economic knowledge that any developer should know when creating a socioeconomic environment.
Although my comments always seem negative, they aren't; on the contrary, I offer them constructively. Any proposal must be analyzed with its pros and cons. You generally focus on seeing the advantages; I focus on observing the disadvantages and explaining what might happen. |

@Shaow I know what u mean but in same time we shoot ourselves in the leg as a community by being forced to sale on peanuts rather than being able to retire them n the club.
