Player loans, the club that hires the player will pay the salary while the club that loans him to another will pay a percentage of the value to the game funds, leaving free for Nicmo, evaluate which fund and percentages, on the loan value the agreements can be in percentage of value, for example

Team A wants to loan player João to Team B

João is worth 2 Euros, Team The manager agrees to loan for 20% per season, for 2 seasons, 10% each

Team B pays the amount and receives the player on loan, the money goes into the account of the club that lent him and the tax is collected, Any questions?

Loans are a way to have a bigger squad without having a bigger squad. Also, they are a way to put younger players to play, when they don't have a place to play in the bigger team.

This may be either good or bad, just depends on how it's implemented and used.

  • Does it count for the squad on the original team?
  • If a player returns and does not have a place in the squad?
  • Does it increase the squad on the receiving team? This seems obvious to me that yes.
  • Who controls the training? I loan a player but want to control what training the player gets.
  • And what if the player does not play and receive training, is the original team penalised and the player does not evolve? For me that could be an option, but I'd say that the original team should choose the training type from the receiving team's coaches.

About the first question, it could be a new infrastructure, which allows you to be able to loan players, have a limit of loanable players (1 to 5, for example). When a player is loaned, he goes to that squad automatically, and when he returns to that squad until he is moved to the main squad (when there's a place). Players on that squad can't play on your team (including after return).

Just a few ideas about this. But I don't think that's a good thing for the game, as it gives even more power to the stronger teams, despite allows smaller teams to play with better players. It also reduces the transfer market.

I wouldn't implement it, it's tricky for a game with real money

If it has to be implemented, the loaned players have to count for the squad limit, otherwise it will be a way to avoid raising dressing room level. They should then count for the squad limit in both clubs.

But the training will obviously still depend on the coaches and structures of the receiving team, and that's dangerous because it doesn't make much sense for normal users. Nobody would lend a good young player to someone with bad training ground, and nobody with good training ground would borrow youths to train them for other people if he can train his own players instead.

The only perfect scenario for such a thing would be a cloner with good training ground in the 2nd club

Sir Maridiba,I think I get your point,I would suggest that players with one star can be only loaned to a team with level one training facility, players with two stars should be loaned to team with level two training facility and so on.
My idea needs some input....
Then the team loaning out the players will receive players loan fee every season (the price they set) in Gold
Then the game should charge their fees... from the team loaning out the players.
The loaned players can return to their teams if season finishes and thier loaned fee isn't.

Why would someone loan a player ? First, unless there comes a payment of its value during the loan+ interest, makes no sense to risk to loan a player to someone who might not train well, might get banned and so on. Secondly, there are hardly, good players coming on sale, for most, kinda need to search manually each team, find the good one, and PM. At curent game stage, this will just be a work without any benefits to game apart to these who wanna cheat by leveling youths or something.

it's a good thing to increase the funds, but this ruins the game itself

Hello Nuno, regarding training, it was a big question raised, I believe it could be resolved with a checkbox where the person lending chooses whether they will have control over the training or not, And the space would still count in the team's roster, now that you've spoken up I thought of the following, there could also be a checkbox about the minimum number of performances. After all, not only the monetary value but the gain of experience is one of the objectives when loaning a player, for those who disagree with the idea of loans, please raise constructive criticism. Let's improve the idea together and look for alternatives to fix the flaws. I ask for everyone's support

Hello Maridiba, excellent question, continuing with the Checkbox idea, when selecting the option to have control over training, the game to simplify uses the coaches and structures of the original team to calculate the player's skill gain, even if it doesn't make much sense in the real world, it's a good adaptation considering the game's mechanics, Also Nuno, I liked your idea of a structure dedicated to this, although it may be unfair to smaller players, it is another way of making new mechanics viable

Mmm I already suggested this part at the beginning, how the issue of the fee paid would be.
