Hello, @Nicmo

I have noticed that players are losing too much energy each day and recovering too little at midnight. To provide a more balanced gaming experience, I propose a reevaluation and an increase in the energy recovery percentage.

If we recovered so little energy after rest/sleep, we would all need a masseur and a personal trainer just to get out of bed! ;)

Thank you

Or to introduce physiotherapists with more stars (more energy recovery) into the staff department.... :)

Your absolutely right was defeated because my players were loosing too much energy for example 100% players can lose upto 15% energy and only gain 2% at midnight that means you have to spend 1% of energy for every  hours for 15 hours continually which is not easy thing you know ?

Well, even if i agree energy lost is way higher than the recovering ability, i hope nothing comes ingame now to raise this. People wanted a realistic game, a game where  rotation to matter and not just holding a strong 11-13 players to win. If new buildings or other things comenwith the ability to gain energy, then, the whole change into global market been useless.

This is my opinion, but since majority voted for this change, guess it should stay as it is, perhaps adjustes  can be made to energy later, during season if we can not handle ut even with a full squad team and a proper rotation.

That's the hole point of realistic football. a player cannot play every game. Rotation that's the key word

I agree with Adrian and Ralf, with the new changes managing energy becomes an important aspect of the game.

If players could easily handle 2 games per day with the energy recovered overnight, there would be no point in having players' condition

exactly, and the way he plays. fast, normal and slow should also have an influence on the condition used by the players.

yes, i agree also with all, but think about it, that in real football is not 100% like this, they dont change 11 players every match, they ruining the team like this, 4-5 players yes,or less, but not 11. in real life they change 11 players sometimes in a cup match or some friendlys, but not 11 players in championship and champions league its rarely, depending of adversary.

Must be a balance, of course if the players have low  Nat. fitness they should lose more then others.

Nicmo must find a balance, because after will be not so real so we need a balance.

@shaow if we have to change only 4-5 players it is EXACTLY like it wsd beforr changes. And despite real life, rewards here come from us, players who spend. At this moment, game's budget raises mostly from youth purchases and positions/role changes. So, even if you like or not, having to change more than 5 players is perfectly fine and healty for game. Who wants performance, have to spend. There are wages and infrastructure maintenance, but, for most, value is insignuficant as players haven t hit yet the prime time.

About balance, yes, there is needed a balance beetween energy lost/ gained but this should come if only we can not handle the energy by using a proper rotation, remember, maximum team limit is 36 players. We all play under same rules , is not only 1 Team Manager who will face enerhy issues, we all do, who hasn t a large squad will strugle with it, but, that s part of game. At this moment, there are a lot of players on market, can easy find decent players with 1-2 stars, budget ones to be used to rest the main superstars when that s needed. In any league , all around game, there are strong games and easy games, rotating players according with oponents is the key.

Guys, Shawo made a good point! If you have two friendlies in a day and two official matches, mathematically, the energy of a player who loses 2 or 3 percent in a match recovers in 3 days! I have players for two teams and can buy more to form a third one... but there aren’t only five-star teams around here, and it doesn’t seem normal to me that if we play like in real life, we wouldn’t recover our energy. I don’t know what you do at night, but I also sleep, and in the morning I'm full of energy, so... I want more energy at the end of the day ... :)

not sure why you feel energy loss is higher this season than before, unless your playing always fast tempo and before you didnt use attacking (used to have the same effect as tempo now) as often...

if you do a friendly, try doing as teams do in real life, slow tempo... they are so smart those real life managers :)

Please keep in mind its the same for all and its fine to play player with 90% condition vs 90% condition, managing player condition in real life, IS VERY HARD.

On another note, there is a desire to encourage player rotations, and everyone is free to do so without expecting others to make the same number of substitutions as they do. It is frustrating to encounter limitations that are not realistic at all.

I hope Nicmo will implement a more balanced energy management system, so it aligns better with everyone's expectations as players.

I wrote at the same time... :) I understand what you’re saying about friendly matches, but... there are plenty of people who spend all day at the stadium... :) And even if you give up friendly matches, there’s still a 2% drop by the end of the day... by the end of the month, we’ll end up with half our energy...

:)

I'll try to adapt to any rule of the game if I decide to participate, but, like any player, I’ve shared my opinion and suggestion... At the very least, let's send all the players for a daily Thai massage. And for those who don't want it—give them an extra energy point! 😜

Nicmo is right. Want so save energy? then play slow tempo..

Calculate your most important matches. Be sure you have energy up if you want to play fast tempo next match, but this means to sacrifice 1-2 matches before with slower tempo in order to save some energy.

All of us play the same game , confrunting same problems  so even 90%-90% energy will be same like before with 100%-100%.

BUT if you are playing in CC or CL and have more games and you will have 90% energy , and others who dont play in CC and CL have 95-96% energy - this will make a difference.

Like in real life , managers must think their rotations depending on the importnance of the next matches to calculate energy.

Like in real life, managers with teams or players in european cups/ international cups and national cups have problems with players fitness and injuries.

In my opinion we shoudn`t change anything for curent season to see how it works like this - with 2% recovery/ day

If we will have big problems with energy, we can try 3% recovery / day for next season.

Yes, sure, Lorrety… u won’t change anything this season, but if you get past the defending champs in League A, I can already see you leading the charge for change... :)

Everyone chases their dream from whichever side they wake up on... 😎

ps. By the way Loretty…slow I played the only official match with you and... be careful what you wish for, it might come true... :)

Sure. No problem.

The only difference will be you will not have PRO bar anymore. :D

From now on, you will need team instead of food.

Next Romania A1 league will be interesting, thats for sure.
