Hi everyone, I have a question: is it more important to have a 5-star coach or a max-level training center? Is there a formula that determines how much experience a player gains? Thanks for your answers, and have a great game!

At the training section of the game, each player has a circled 'i' next to the average quality (aq) column that will show you how the training xp is calculated and all the parameters involved in the formula.

For your first question though, someone should tell you the multiplicator that gives a better training center and the one that gives a X-star coach. (Take in account that improving the training center will benefit all your players, not just the ones whose skills are boosted by the coach).

For a tutored young player = 1 one star = + 3 points

Training Camp is an investement as you train players better and you can be more competitive on selling them and then, when you sold some players you got back the investment

Max potential exp for 1 Senior player (17yo):
