I would like to suggest some things:

1. Implement players penalty to those which apply, like unexeperienced and very unexperienced into players list, would be easier to see while looking to choose the team.

2. Let us sort players at medical center by energy, at this moment they show up random.

3. I understand you do not do anymore changes during seasons but at end, but, i would like to change how energy is lost, instead to be based on plays like it is now, which is not fair, if both play defence, energy lost is very small, if a good one play vs a weak one, he lose a lot of energy as players will take more shoots, tackling and so on. Would be great if energy lost is based on minutes played then modified by players stamind, tempo and rest of options available in game.

4. Let us select the number of days we wanna list a player on market , make it available from 1 day to 7, listing fee to be 1 Currency per day or whatever you wanna be, at this moment, its a very long progress into aquiring a player, especially to make a fast purchase when that s needed due of injury or other issues for the next game.

5. Home advantage should scale based on stadium level, not like it does now, of course, if this gets implemented, should give the instant upgrade for a few days to be fair for these who wanna get a maximum start but will lack the time for it.

6. It could be created a new building, something for the travel from stadium to away games, make a bit of energy lost based on its quality, not something big, maybe 0 to 0.5% or so, while having the highest quality will not give or take any energy.

7. While look at top quality rating players, please, let us choose the positions of players, this will let us look faster to find players for the positions we want and get in reach with the club manager who has that player.

8. Please, implement into curent market left ( players/ recruits) auto bid options untill x Value , value devided by players. Curent sistem is abusable since, if you re not around game , you can lose the player/recruit you wanna buy. My idea is to let the person who made a bid, to set a max value he would pay and sistem to autobid whenever it got outbidded as long as it stays into set limit. 

Surely, more have interesting suggestion which could make next season better.
