The wage difference been fixed, now, its a fair wage paid around countries, which is great, but nicmo has to rework now how wages are actually paid, they got too low, prizes will be insignificant in 2 seasons. There must be a change, given the players cost to aquire at youth level, 50E each for example, it adds up to 550E them alone, if all rewards during their lifeteam wouldnt count up to at least this, nobody will ever try. I m not saying we all should profit, but at least, there should be a way to profit for the team who dominate competitions. So, what i am saying, the formula which dictate wage based on avq should be changed, there shouldn t be shorcuts into it, to skip raising  wages.  As long as this changes and everyone starts to contribute to federation as they should, game should move in the right direction, but as long as it stays like this, once players retire, doubt many will even try to aquire new youths.

Another issue is related with youths, the difference beetween youths type( stars) doesnt  scale right, it does on every level with 20%, this can be fine apart 4 vs 5 stars, we cna see it today, 4 stars players arent  left behind 5 stars, not by much, are still competitive even if, they came at 1/2 of 5 stars cost. A balance must be done, either keep as it is but make their wages to raise at a higher multiplier or make them train slowlier once they hit a certain level. You kinda must finish those changes to set the game on the right path, otherwise, dont think once all curent players pulle dat start of game will ever pull another 5 stars at all...

As a summary, there must be a rework into wages, wages should sum up higher Euro amount/season, so, we will play for higher rewards, but those wages shouldn t come just from a few managers who had the balls and pass over 80 avq, it should come from whole managers, even if they decided to train side skills or whatever; -the impact of players type must be somehow more significant either in term of performance or expenses to give us reasons to go for the higher quality ones
