Bug Report on Platinum from Club Funding

I have a bug issue, and it is that I'm not receiving my Platinum from doing offers. It has happened twice now; it said it takes an hour to show in my account, but the first one I've been waiting for for about 2 weeks, and for the second, the hour passed around 3 days ago.

Hey there, the completed offer is in your personal stash (Click on your logo on the top right)
If you go to office, you can exchange from your personal to your club fundings and the other way around.

If you go to your manager account, you can go to finance and see what you have. (Not the club finances)

I'm not seeing a collect button. I think I have to reach a goal or something before I can collect the platinum. Just like you can't change the ticket prices if under 25% in club popularity.

In the tab Office under Finance, you should see "You currently have *** Platinum in your personal account." that says how much you can bring to your Club

The rewards often directly goes to your personal account, for that you click on your profile picture on the top right

When you click again on your profile picture that just came up, you should be redirected to your manager account (personal account)
And from there you can see via "Transactions" the last received rewards, deposits, referal bonus, as I see from your last redeem, you already got it in your personal account.

You also mentioned, you did more offers, on Timewall? If so, you should contact Timewall directly about the matter as Nicmo can't really provide any help with finished offers and that it hasn't been credited to your Timewall account.
Nicmo could only help if you pressed the "redeem" button on Timewall to get the Platinum. (Not sure about this, maybe Nicmo can say something there)
