Updates and Tweaks 08/02/25

Just wanted to give heads up, for those that take real close attention to the match engine.

• I have updated the match engine today to fine tune what players get selected when balls are left/center/right, attacking or defending. You should feel your choices will have a bigger impact on what players get selected for every buildup/keypass/shot. Thanks to maridiba for pointing out some of the problems.
• Added some extra bits of details to match commentary to help understand where the ball is and what players are going for them.
• The game will now calculate the match's home and away teams average quality based on every player that plays and how many minutes each participated. So, it is no longer just the starting 11.

We also need the player rating to be based on how many minutes he played

Example: a player getting the rating 5 while he only payed for 15 minutes

I have found the attack, normal and defence settings each player.

but where can I find the sides and centre settings, outside whats already are with formation

But for the futher...working on match engine in mid season is a big NO for me. Just saying

Thuru, it's clear you want absolute control over every corner of the field! 🙂 ….I think it would be more effective if there was also an option to put the team on 'active relaxation' mode: we step onto the field, enjoy the fresh air, and lie down on the grass... after all, we're naturally fit, we defend with style, and anyway, we win! 🌱⚽💪🤭

Everybody have his tacktic to play. There is no good or bad play. For everybody the best is try to find what gives most profit to win or optionele withdraw.

i also make Some mistakes, did forgot to set subs in cup for example. The first cc match i was forgot to set the match settings and play iT with reserve team with result that i lost.

Good job with the weighted average. There are a lot of tournaments being played and a lot of money coming into the local federations.

Bet i saw the update coming when goalkeeper started makings 9 out of 9 saved..

I haven't score in a single game since yesterday. All attempts on target are been saved .. Also the card rate reduced hopefully the update brings in more balance to the match engine. hope not the opposite:)
