Remove "Formation Experience" from the game!!!

"Formation Experience" should disappear from the game, because you should be able to freely play any style of play without being penalized by 5% compared to an opponent who only plays the same system!!! In real life, formations needs to be trained and played to be efficient, but I agree that should be some push to switch formation in game.
