Updates and Tweaks 28/12/24

Hello everyone, welcome to season 8, i am hoping January will be an active months of updates. Anyway, here's some changes that are live now.

• Champions League and Continental Cup groups are no longer filled randomly, they now follow the Elo ranking to spread teams by strength more evenly, between the groups.
• International Coefficients now take into account 3 seasons, instead of 2.
• You can now change your club to a different country by swapping places with an unmanaged team from a division 3 or 4 (C and D). It costs 5 euros and your club keeps all players and staff but loses all infrastructure and stadium levels.
  • To do this, find a suitable team and you will se a blue button to swap places, you will also find more information about it there.
  • This can only be done during the off-season, before day 1.
  • As this change is very disruptive for the game database, i am doing controlled testing for this new feature, if you wish to use it, please contact me first so i can enable it for you.

Mine is I don't think they way national team players are being selected is fine,I think it should be done by selecting players that are ranked top players for a particular season to represent the country that season.

And then select a manager from that country to manage the team,I even thought that why you guys need national ID verification is because you want to know each manager's real identity so they can manage a their country national team if they made their team to perform well.   I.e if a manager from Nigeria is verified (ID) and then he performed well then he can manage the national team and if there's any other managers from that country that's verified and didn't perform like him they'll assist him e.g manager:1, manager:2, manager:3 Incase the superior isn't active,then each have different ability of controlling the national team until the superior isn't active and they because the superior,

This will help make us want to verify very fast so we can manage national team

And the national team manager should get some pay too

however, all the player to move is not realistic and also, when you move to another country, its start from Division D. When the player move, they are able to bring 4-5 player from the last club.

5 euro for swap? there's at least one zero missing after first digit... and start should be always from D division.

swap = like you were bought by a club to become a manager to manage the club in a division (bot) is that realistic?

in a non-famous league lots of division 1 bots

I also think that 5eur is way to less, it will be better 10-20% of team value, this will help small teams to go to less demanding country league and discourage top teams to move around

Hi Fletcher90 & Lysabandyta, the idea of the 5 euro is currently perfect. The total amount to swap is much higher, but perhaps you didn't read all. The point is if you swap that you are losing your stadium. For the big teams, i assume they have the training center on maximum which is 50 euro and probably some other stadium upgrades. So probably the total cost of the stadium will be around 100 euro plus the 5 euro. If you would increase the cost, nobody will move & in the end the moving of the teams also generates revenue for the game which increases the prize money.

Big teams who put hundreds of euro dont matter about 5€

Who matters? Managers from poor countries who dont put any euro to this game. Those managers will use this option. Bigs enjoy their current places

Better to put a "cost" and the player who want to move can be paid by the infrastructure and "cash".
For example, the cost is 150 euro and the player have a Max Training ground (40euro), Youth Centre (40euro), Dressroom (40euro) and the other still not yet updated. In total there is 120euro.
So, the remaining is 30 euro (150 euro- 120euro) and the player should be paid this.

How about if the infrastructure is more than the cost should be paid? the player will not paid any cost but the player doesn't get any euro.

In addition, you need to create a condition for player who want to move, they are able to move some player (maybe 4-5 player).
In the first time when you choose the country that you want, you need to have a good choices rather than see the condition in this month for other country have a good price such as Europa.

And also, you need to change the new player or the swap player to start from Division D.

Other than that, its a good condition to put a cup or something else that combine all the club that pass the group stage in CL and CC. The time to do this maybe during the off-season which is 4 match a days. You can thinking the price/reward or no need is ok, however there is "self satisfaction" if I can win against other teams that are stronger than my club.

Does this mean that your proposed idea of a new youth system proposal won't take effect in season 8?

Thanks for the updates, previous update of fatigue has caused me almost to be relegated, I played champions league and lost every normal league no matter what squad I brought, miraculously I beat league winner to qualify for knockout promotion, please keep updating and see that this game is our future online soccer, good luck managers!!!
