Bug report: Visual

This is a visual bug report when releasing Press statements.

Immediately after a press statement has been made in the pages, it is visually and theoretically possible to issue a second release right after.

The second attempt did properly check for when the last statement was made. It notified correctly that a new statement cannot be made, as the previous timer had not expired.
This is correct.

Suggestion to gray out that button immediately after the process has been done.
