Substitution Option

I'm think someone has suggest this before, so maybe im just re-suggest it

I think its better to let us manager to choose the substitution line up, how many sc/midfielders/defender that we are gonna bring into the matchF Rather than for current setup is 2 sc, 2 midfielders, 2 defender and 1 gk.
