Tactics Option

Just like when we are setting up the player substitution,

Add an option to change formation/tactic at 2nd half or when the conditions meet (winning 1-2 goal, lose 1-2 goal or etc) at the Tactics menu.

With that option we can increase the max formation, before its only 2 formation that can get 5 stars and increase the variety strategies we can play.
