5 levels of Psychologist (from 1 to 5 stars) with a fee in euros that goes to the Federation, to increase Team Morale when it goes down, or mantain it when the Team have a Lot of matches to play and also a lot of players to change, but the good ones are a few that plays almost all the matches, and for the rest the morale goes down because of not playing

I agree. An individual form based not only on starter/bench/out of match position, but also based of match score could be a gamechanger of this game.

Strong 22 players won't be enough to manage the team.
