Increase popularity

What should be done to increase the club's popularity?

TO increase club's popularity you need to win games.

adrian I'm losing, the population is growing, my friend is winning everything, but his population fell below 40%, how is that possible ;) bug

Adrian09 : yes like as denoman76 say, for me just 40% popularity I have when I won the game

I won a few games in row, but popularity still the same. Something is wrong?
