More stable pricesupport

To decrease the fluctuations in price support money like we had now. I want to suggest to only payout 50% of a funds. (league funds and global funds).

This to not have 1 season 500euro price support and the other month only 100euro for example.

To implement this without big differences you could do this in increments of 10%. In 5 months this will be fully implemented. 90% to 80% to 70% to 60% to 50%.

Finally, some people that like a suggestion to stabilize the game instead of only implementing new stuff :D

global funds is paying 35% of it each season so is made for long therm, local fund woldn t change much since is not that much money anyway

The game runs properly in pay2win ways. Without paying a certain amount you will hardly be able to keep up...facts
