Formation experience is now working.

• For every official match a team plays with a formation, it will gain a 1 star experience towards that formation knowledge, each star gained gives a 1% bonus to players skills for the next match. This experience can be accumulated up to 5 stars, giving a maximum of 5% bonus.
• To stack this experience the game will only look for the latest 10 official matches, older than that, they will be "forgotten".
• Formation experience will give bonus to every match type however can only be accumulated on official matches.
• Formation experience is reset at the end of each season.

Nice update but my only concern is that this update will hold some of us from using different formation or trying out new formation often, and making us stick to 2-3 formation most of the time. But it's okay I guess 3 formation is vast enough

Nice one, but to push players into try new formations or have more alternatives to manage condition, injuries and red cards maybe you should consider to increase the range to 15 matches

That is not a good option. When I want to play more defensive sometimes my team should know this formation.

Give an option to block the progress, otherway you take away one of the tactics options, because noone will risk to swap to the 'worst' tactic to not lose the 5% bonus.

Or range it to the whole season, or do the tactics option for every player separately.

Maybe teams focus on 2 or 3 formations to play, really challenging the coach's choice of which is the best formation to play with his team.

I've seen teams that never change formation, always staying in one.

You can always have 2 tactical options maxed @lysybandyta , and if u re not able to play well with this, just buy better players. Idea is great and it reward a well planned tactic from start which fits the players used.

It s better like this then like it was where everyone been using a completly defence tactic against bigger team, kinda was just a counter play before.

First - So for example there is no reason changing from 5* 4-4-2 to 0* 4-3-3, because i am still more effective in attack with 4-4-2 and 5% boost instead of 4-3-3  0% boost and additionally i keep mid formation on high performance.

Second - You can have them both maxed only if you rotate the tactics every match, because  only last 10 matches are considered, so you have to switch the formation every match if you want to keep them both on 5*. Other way if you skip at least one rotate it will become 5* for first and 4* for secondformation.

That is what you want? Nonsense.

'Better players' isn't an option, because that's not a tactic anymore but just simply advantage.

Think.

Adapt to game, rotate 2 formations or move on. ????
