Cup winner Continental cup maybe?

Is nothing interesting in winning national league cup at this moment.

Mybe is better in first league 1and 2 places to go to Champions League like now, 3d place and league cup winner to go in Continetal Cup like in real life.

Now , divisions 2-3-4 are kinda borring.

In real live , in ROmania,  last season Romanian Cup was won by a second division team and Corvinu Hunedoara is playing in Europa League qualifications.

I think is a good ideea for 2-3-4 team owners, thye will have anohter reason to invest more , to have a chanse in continental cups throw league cup.

than 3 and 4th place will go to Continental Cup

But limit team in C.C for Europe is 32 and 16 for Asia, Africa & America

If every country have 2 spot than it will be more than 32 or 16 team

There is no need for an extra spot, just the 4th to be flexible, either cup winner if its  needed or just the 4th placement in league. Kinda, its quite easy to understand from the initial post.

i agree and its likely that cup winners will get their own international competition soon, maybe for next season.

That's tricky to arrange @Ralf because the number of slots in CL and CC is not the same everywhere.
Italy has 2 CL spots, and the finalists of the last Cup are now both in CL. I guess CL prizes will be higher, so they would still qualify for CL. Who gets the spot for the Cup Winners' Cup? A semi-finalist? If he is in CC, will he play CC anyway and CWC spot will go to another?
In some countries, there are 4 CL spots.. if all the semifinalists are in CL, a club that reached the quarter-finals will go to CWC? There are lots of potential priority issues and different conditions..
