Welcome. It's important to know that experience will help determine who the best captain is for your team. Experience will not directly or individually modify your player's skills. But it's important to have some experienced players who can alternate captaincy when one of them is out of the match.

Note: If the player has less than 2% experience, this will negatively affect their individual abilities.
