New Nations Fund

Hi, I would like to point out to the admin that the local currency is not visible in the new nations fund, and the remaining funds from the global fund are not being transferred.

Just a few nations receive surplus money from the global fund because the threshold is pretty high, so that's expected.

But Switzerland not showing CHF among the funds is quite strange. Most of the new countries don't have that issue; I only noticed Chile

1. CHF not showing on the Funds page

The Funds page hides any currency that's sitting empty or negative, otherwise the list would show ~50 currencies at zero. The unintended side effect is a currency can dip to zero or slightly below during a season, that's normal and whenever it did, the whole line disappeared. So CHF looked "missing" when really it just wasn't being drawn since its currently negative.

2. Global fund not transferring to Switzerland

The global fund only releases a currency to its nation once enough of it has built up, it has to cross a threshold (5,000 units) first. Below that, the money just stays parked in the fund and keeps accumulating. Right now Switzerland has ~1,500 CHF in the fund and Chile ~50 CLP, both still under the line, so no payout yet. Newer nations just need a bit of time to build the volume.
