Report description error

Hi, I wanted to point out that there's a mistake in the section where you hire a young player. The description says "The recruitment fee is paid in Gold and 30% goes to the Partners Fund, 35% to the Global Fund and 35% to your Local Federation." But in reality 17.50% goes to the federation fund and 17.50% goes to the player's nationality fund.
