Local currency limit

Hi, I had a question.

Why do I only have a limit of 10,000 local currency, while others in my league have a different limit? What is this limit based on? Because I'm getting higher salaries and a better team, and it doesn't change.

@Caiman the limit is 3 weeks of wages. If it's less than 10k, then it's 10k
