Tutors

Hi, I think the role of the tutor should change. It doesn’t make sense that you need a player over 30 years old, when usually everyone has a useless player taking up a spot in the club. A good solution could be to pay a small fee to turn those players into tutors, but without them being players anymore and without taking up that slot, or otherwise remove the +30 years requirement.

Not sure why players 30+ are useless, now is 16 season, so means you can have players 30+ which is 5*, but can agree that other factors should be nice to add in tutoring, it will good to have coefficient based on experience and star level. For example, base is 1, every star gives extra 0.1, and experience every  20% 0.1, which means 1* with 0 experience will not influence (coefficient 1), and 5* with 120% experience will have coefficient 2 (double training)

I don’t mean that all players over 30 are useless; I mean that the ones people usually use as tutors tend to be useless 1-star players with a 40 average or something similar. And, as I said before, I think it doesn’t make sense to occupy a squad spot with a player like that just to be a tutor. Instead, it could be changed so it works like a coach who doesn’t take up a spot on the team.

Good evening, I also agree with having players nearing the end of their careers so they can become assistant coaches or coaches trained to work exclusively in those roles for the team!
