Improve Tournament: AVG Tournament Entry Rule

Consider the AVG input using the current average of top "avg q" of all calculated formations.

For example:
442 = 54avg
352 = 62avg   <--- this a rule for max "avg q" as limitation and cannot participate for 0-56 tournament
451 = 60avg

Is unfair using the average of the last 10 matches (because the manager can buy a new player and include him in the tournament without considering him).
