3 star youth, you have 3 options, choose between the "goalkeeper", defending (random between defense, midfield) and attacker (random between midfield, forward).
4-star youth, you have 4 options, choose between the goalkeeper, defenders (random DL, DC, DR), midfield (random ML, MC, MR) and forward.
5 star youth, there is no randomness in their positions.
