on (4 days ago) Hi cakle, playing in the last match doesn't guarantee the player is not upset. He has to play at least 40% of all eligible oficial games for the current season. Check the player info page, under the Matches tab. Tip, you can sub him 15min and it counts as a played match. |

@nicmo its maybe much better to have 30% instead the current 40% before penalty. people can have still 4 or 5 subs whats must be okee. People can have 31 or more players in their Squad if friendly does count then the 40% was logic and fine. that current 40% is to high for require official match |

@Stoneisland the idea of modified I understand, but how its now its terrible. Setting it to 30%-70% or 25%-75% would be much better. To have more equal effect yiu can set the injury setting instead of the current 90% to 95% and if player have lower than 95% condition it also get less training. Example if condition is 97% it still get 100% training, but if condition is 94% the training is 94%. |

on (3 days ago) I dont like the idea stoneisland with lower condition lower trainingintensity. I hope that part will be the same. Or when it gets adjustment an increase compared to current training from lets say 90% and less it can be lower. |

(im in the middle) i agree with other to up to 30% will be fair to add unofficiel match of the count for VERY UNXP players or it will take 20 minutes before each match to parameters substitude

@Gregonr yes that makes no sense, rotating your squad is what prevents you from having this "player wants to play more" problem. |

@nicmo even with rotaties and having 4 or 5 subs you can have the negative modifer bemand olayers what can be solved a bit if yiu change the 40%-60% to 30%-70%. Yiu have this problem Specially if yiu have more than 28 players. Yiu can often put a player, even little weaker player, but not always. Simply becouse yiu with subs only can let 16 people play. Yiu also want Some small amount of players always whole match example if yiu want try make captian better it must play full. as earlier said also a tweak about injury and training would help a lot. Its also a compromise. If player have 99 or more condition it would be logical that very less injury chance. Instead yiu can make injury higher if player have 95 or less. Also training if its less then 95 it gives the training less. Example if condition is 97 it stay on 100% training, but if its example 92 condition it trains 92% i think those 2 tweaks would be help a really lot and give also the teamowber the decision having Some players less than 95 condition or not. Its not hard hold condition just before match on 97 or higher. |

But thinking about it from a physical and playing time perspective, it makes perfect sense. |
