1: 

Make player names, team names, and manager names clickable in notifications. As an example, it says "Your team has played a match, click here." Make this the same for names.

2: It would be great when you can add another position in the field not only in the line he plays like mc you can turn into mc ml and mr but like a right midfielder with double role as a right defender aswell. 

3:pre set tactics per minute. now it is partly predictable as it can only be changed at half time. 

4: decrease time from 2 days to 1 day with the auctions on playernames and extra position auctions. 

5: Make it possible to swap formation at half time ( or even better per minute) like from 4-4-2 to 3-4-3 this way it becomes more harder to predict tactics aswell and formationbonus then can be at double position?

6:create an auction for talents. I would say once a week to keep talents rare and make it fully random so u can get errorprone, determent or any other talent. up to the managers what this is worth to them. 

7: add a favorite skill to each player. that single skill can be trained for example 10 or 20% faster and/or boosts performance on that single skill for 5% or something. Make this visible for other managers only by scouting a player. 

 

Maybe you like some of them, maybe not. up to u Nicmo offcourse in the end. And other managers maybe like a few ideas aswell, 

just wanted to throw out some ideas that might make this game even more fun.

Damn.. you want to turn a management game into a slot machine for monkeys XD

Now, if you want to set a conditional tactic change at halftime, you only have one shot. If you guess the right condition, it's useful; otherwise, it's wasted. Imagine having a tactic change available every 5 minutes... in the close games, anyone with half a brain would set an order every 10 minutes to switch to defensive slow if winning, and an order every other 10 minutes to switch to attacking fast if losing. The opponent would do the same, and they would balance each other. What's the consequence? You have a lot of options, but basically no decision-making power because there is an obvious best solution...

Same for the player skills... with the tutors and the youth center scouting, the top players are becoming stronger at each generation, and we have already reached a point where you almost have no difference. The top strikers and defenders have basically no weak points anymore, so choosing the approach becomes almost pointless when you are playing the final stages of CL (at least for Europe). Let alone the goalkeepers...
In my opinion, KOB reached its peak in terms of gameplay about a year ago, when the players had fewer points, and you could actually see a difference between them.
Now my defensive midfielders can also attack, my attacking midfielders can also tackle... I'm starting to consider removing the duties. I'm winning more titles lately, but setting the tactics was more fun before...

If any, I would propose to decrease the training speed by 10-20% to prevent the game from becoming too random at the top level. It would probably require a skill adjustment for the older players to balance, though
