Additional criteria for tactical changes

I’d like to suggest an additional "trigger" for all tactical changes.

Right now, we can only set a tactical change at halftime (45') or make substitutions at fixed times such as the 15th, 30th, 45th, 60th minute, and so on.

I think it would be very useful to add an "as soon as" option in both cases, allowing a change to be triggered immediately when a specific condition occurs. For example:

• when the team goes one goal behind,
• when the team takes a two-goal lead,
• when a player gets a red card and the team goes down to 10 men.

For tactical changes, this would make it possible to alter the team's behavior not only at halftime, but whenever certain conditions are met. Perhaps managers could be given the ability to define up to three different scenarios.

For substitutions, players could either be replaced at specific minutes, as they are today, or when certain events occur.

...And if those events could also trigger a formation change, as has been suggested in the past, the level of realism would go through the roof!
