Youth player bug ?

Hi, i have 1 youth player age 15 and today he is suddenly promote to first team age 17.

How he can jump 2 years suddenly ?

But my youth birthday is at day 27, now is day 29 and he is already 16 year ? Not 15 year ? Or any special case if your birthday at the end of the season
