This suggestion is good, it just needs two changes:

1. Valid only for (retired) players from the Club Hero team.
2. Transform them into coaches, paying a certain amount of gold according to their talent, more wage too.

Because I see players becoming coaches or training club teams after they retire. So it's only fair to see this become the same behavior as happens in reality.
