Number of youth players that can be discovered each season

How many youth players can I discover each season if I upgrade the youth center to level 3, and is there a report in the game that explains this?

You can sign as many youths as your youth center capacity. If you have youth center lvl 3 you have 7 youth capacity so you can sign every season 7 youths
