The first season the promotions from b 1 b 2 to A1 should be 8 and 8. As all the teams of the A1 are computer it is useless keep going even in the other season with them in the major league. The best teams (it means the ones of the active managers) of B should compete in A all toghter.

With the actual method of promotion just a just a few teams (from 4 to 6) will compete against 10 (12) teams of the computer.

And in this way the demoted team from A to B will be free to manage for new players

This makes sense for the first month.
