Hello! So when I got my team 1 month and a half ago it was 46.99 AvQ. After going down to D.2 I won most of my matches without a lot of effort and after going up again to C.1, buying good players, and training some of them I'm loosing a lot of matches. Right now it's 47.63 and the Starting 11 is 49.1 AvQ. I'm not the best of my league, but I'm loosing a lot of matches that I shouldn't have lost, as the teams were worse than mine.

Then out of nowhere I changed my tactics and won to a +50 team, and after that lost again to worse teams, so I'm going back to the old tactics.

Any tips on what do you do for your tactics? I'm now in a 4-4-2, and switching to 5-3-2 didn't really work.

AQ is only an indicator, not real team strength.

You probably use your players wrong.
And if you choose a defending tactic 'man marking' you get a bonus to defending against headers but lose the bonus against other plays.
There are a lot of tricks, you're only playing a season and you have to find it yourself

Hey! So cool that you are trying to find a way to win games. Here are some simple tricks you can do:

1. At the bottom of your team column in the statistics tab in the match report you can find some indications to see what went your way in terms of bonuses. Understand what these mean and compare your team against other teams you face.

2. Change your captain. On the tactics page there is a button saying "Player Roles". The default tab here is captains and their suitability with leadership scores. Select the ones with the highest leadership to 8, then choose 9 for any of your players named Hoyo, and lastly put Paez as a 10.

3. Under "Office" there is a tab called "Press". This is where you can boost player confidence and morale by releasing statements. Do this as often as you can if you are not at full team moral.

4. Use a maximum of 2 formations so you can build up your formation bonus. I think it looks like your team is most suited for a 4-3-3 since you have 3 decent strikers and no good wingers. 5-3-2 can be an alternative for the same reasons, but also since you have some experience with that formation.

5. Stop spending money on players with an avg q below 52. Save money until you can buy players which improves your squad significantly (at least 4-5 point) and will play for you at least 5 seasons  (max age 27-28). 

Once you get these things up and running you will start winning those matches i'm sure. :)

I also have similar problem and no idea what I can do. I feel like every season is worse and worse, even if my team is better. And generally playing same teams in league. 5 games in this season and won only one at this moment. Awful results at preseason tournament. But nothing I can do more. To be honest I think that is something like hidden form not related to morale. Maybe it's only me but I observed that I have better and worse period. Sometimes winning few games in row even with better teams. Somethimes losing few games with worse. Even if counter tactics, better captain, home bonus etc. 

I'm like Jasperbit, I feel like every season is worse and this season I managed to have 2 young defenders that I had in the youth center and I thought I was going to have a solid defense but that hasn't been the case, quite the opposite. I really don't understand how it all works, a few days ago they told me that if my opposing team played with passes into space I should use a Dropping deep marking for example, I do it but it still doesn't have much effect on the marking

Best is choose one formation your chooise and hold iT on that formation. Its fine to hold only one.

Jasperbit: Except that RKS Lechia TM match where you was a bit unfortunate, the other matches and results are quite explainable think.

Xander: You were a bit unfortunate in that first match against Valencia CF where you did well on tactic choices. I can see no really surprising results other than that.

Lordaust: can you give me advice on how to analyze the matches please?

Don't break the brain so much because if you play against a team +-4 in avg you will get a random result. Except if you have a "special" team with something hidden inside it that can get good results against better teams.

Surely you know teams with bad strikers, goalkeepers, middlefields...and avg smaller than the average of its league but getting good results. Reason? Everything is random between similar teams in general. Obv if your team has +10 more points in avg, your team will earn 99% of the times.
