I’m interested in how to build a team of young players when they gain almost no experience by coming on as substitutes in matches. How many seasons will it take me to defeat an elite bot team? For me, it’s not normal to invest money and still be beaten by bot teams, and for players to play a match but not gain the same amount of routine. There is some scattered information about the game, but almost nothing becomes clear until you face the reality yourself and figure out what you actually need to do.At what time do the new youth players appear?
Is it at a different time for each country, or do they appear at the same time for everyone?

Your main problem against elite bots, aside from the fact that, like me, you're at the limit of competitiveness, is a tactical one.

The tactics are explained in the game's help section. But also, Nicmo recently published an excellent article on his blog detailing in more depth how the match engine works.

That blog post was live and appeared as an ad on your homepage a few days ago.

I would start there, by understanding the game engine.

Secondly... you're referred by Chantilax, a player who's been in the game for a while and is at the elite level, so take advantage of this to talk to him a lot more. Learn about how to train players, how to choose youth players, etc.

I must say u have 1 good point. Without playing international matches it is very hard to get routine. When u want full routine from age of 17 and still want to be competitive u are forced to let them play as a sub. With 15 minutes subtime it is 10 routinepoints a season which is 0.5% thats without injuries or suspensions and play all 30 matches. Maybe add a few cupmatches to it but still very low. At age 22 they will be skillwise ok but still face the penalty of 25% as routine will then be around 2,5% then. The old system was hard to gain routine already,  especially when u are new player. I would suggest cut the 25% decrease and even the 10% decrease when routine is between 10 and 40%.

Elite bot team is average 54 avg. Not a big problem if you want invest. Outside exp its during arround 3 seasons to be arround equal with a bot team. If its 1 ster its during little longer, if its A 5 ster then player is ready when it Goes to 17y. A 17y 5 star can be even at 17y arround 60+ avg easely. Only problem is to give your youth Some exp. Doing youth league can help a little. Anyway dont worry about bot team.

i see that yiu are in Bulgaria. Increase your team a bit and you can end by the best 4. When you play CL or CC use this to give your youth exp. Dont worry about place yiu are in the poule, dont worry about lose matches, just let play your youth there and it all Will be fine.

about training your youth what you want sell use 1 star or 2 star. Give them when 17y Some exp when playing CL or CC and all Will be fine and you shall earn money. For your base team i advice you use 3 star or better.

i cant see this but i hope that yiu have 5 star coaches. For about matches 3 or 4 star medical centre helps, this to hold your condition high. For your base team dont forget NF, this is very helpfull for condition.

It would be fair if, since the experience bar has been doubled, the experience needed to avoid being penalised were halved, i.e. from 40XP to 20XP.
Let's see what you think...

@Goldesenyor That makes sense. Because the issue of players having 1800-1900 experience has already been resolved.

@Goldesenyor, only the leadership has been halved, not the experience. Those who had 2000 XP still have 2000 XP, but now they have 100 leadership points instead of 200

I know, @maridiba, but since the experience started being counted by the minute, it's become too tedious to reach 40XP for new players. It takes several seasons playing only the last 15 minutes.

I mentioned this same thing in the update post.
It's very unbalanced; who's going to field young players with those penalties? You'd have to ruin a whole season.
I imagine that as the complaints accumulate, they'll eventually adjust it a bit to make sense.
