I recently completed some surveys through Timewall on KickoffBoss.

The reward request shows as “Approved”, but the Platinum has not been credited yet to my account.

I would like to ask:

How long does it usually take for approved Timewall rewards to be credited?

Is there an additional waiting period after the status changes to “Approved”?

Is there anything specific I should do (open a ticket, contact Timewall, etc.)?

The approval is recent, so I just want to understand if this delay is normal or if there might be an issue.

@danieleluciani go to Office -> Invest and write the amount you want to move to your club
