Hi Admin,

I would like to suggest a small adjustment to tournament rewards.

Since every team has to pay an entry fee to participate, and teams only earn gold from wins or draws, the teams finishing at the bottom often end up losing the most gold. In many cases, they pay the entry fee and receive nothing in return because they fail to earn any gold during the tournament.

For that reason, I think it might be worth considering awarding Training Boosts to the bottom 3 teams instead of giving them to the top 3 teams.

Proposed reward structure:

Top 3 teams: Gold rewards from the match only.

Bottom 3 teams: Training Boost rewards as a consolation prize.

The top teams are already rewarded through their tournament earnings and final gold prizes. Meanwhile, the bottom teams bear the highest net losses. Providing Training Boosts would help them rebuild, improve their squads, and encourage continued participation in future tournaments.

This could make tournaments feel more balanced and rewarding for players of all levels while still preserving the competitive value of finishing in the top positions.

Thank you for considering this suggestion.

A 100% training boost feels like a jackpot meant for the tournament winners, so giving it to the bottom 3 ranks doesn't seem quite right. If I could make a suggestion, perhaps all participants could receive a 5-10% training boost, while the actual winner still gets the 100% boost. This ensures that no one walks away empty-handed

And I feel this could give players an extra motivational boost to get more actively involved in tournaments

GBU all, have a nice day

Thanks for your feedback.

My main concern is not necessarily who receives the Training Boost, but rather making sure that tournament participation feels worthwhile for everyone.

Since every team pays an entry fee, some managers may end up losing gold and receiving nothing in return. This can discourage them from joining future tournaments, especially newer or less experienced managers.

I agree that a smaller Training Boost for all participants could also be a good solution. The important part is ensuring that players don't feel like they completely wasted their gold by entering a tournament.

More incentives for participation could also help increase tournament activity and attract a wider variety of teams instead of seeing the same managers joining repeatedly

Yes, I understand your concern, but that's how tournaments work, both in games and in real life. The winners naturally receive bigger prizes and bonuses

Players above avq 60 probably find tournaments harder due to diminishing returns. Maybe they should have narrower categories 60, 62, 64, 66, 68 etc.
