Hi everyone, I think it would be better to have a longer bench (9 instead of 7) and with free roles (not 2 of each type) I would also get to 5 substitutions for each single match so we would get even closer to reality.

Also I want to suggest that the 2 extra spots in terms of position should be neutral, so players can add more subs depending on their tactics (some play with 3 strickers, others with 1 and so on)

I would rather set all of them neutral. Now, if you play with 4-5-1 or 5-4-1, the second spot for strikers is usually wasted.

Plus, since it already requires substantial changes, it would be great if the instructions were not necessarily linked to the single bench spots and we could have a separate list. This way, we could set a player to enter at minute 45 if, let's say, the team is losing and at minute 75 under another condition.
Also, having an order of priority within the orders would be good in case of changes happening at the same moment (for example, you set 3 subs at 75' but one has already been used due to an injury)

Leave it at 7, else it gets unrealistic
