tournament countdown

Maybe is worth considering at least for now, adding a sort of countdown to tournaments.

e.q. All tournaments start with 16 slots and 30 minutes later if not full it drops to 15 slots and 5 mins more drops to 14 and so on until it force starts at a minimum imposed by the system.

I don't know :shrugs: 8 out of 16 maybe?

Of course will be some downfalls to this, but nothing is perfect from the start.

Maybe this could be a step forward dealing with those that wait around?
