Hello, Why do my young players at my training center not make it to day 10? They disappear after day 5. Thanks.

Because they’re not "your" players. They’re available to anyone who wants to sign them, and every manager in the game can see them.

If they disappear on day 5, it’s because someone signed them on day 5, even though some of their attributes had not yet been discovered.

Actually, most of them (especially the Spanish, Italian, English, and Romanian ones) don't even make it to day 1!!!
